This app is crap. It frequently doesn't work after upgrades. Do not waste your money and time on it. You can't get immediate assistance. If you do get it, it's usually 3 weeks later and all the way from China. Makes me so angry because it's almost like a con job

Cameras work decent but will not connect to my phone
As I read through all the comments, they all have the same issues as me. I have to reconnect my camera's to the app every 1-3 days. I have had this system for 3 years and have never been able to view the camera's when I am not home, which is kind of the point of having security camera's to begin with. The app serves no purpose and takes up space on your phone.
