Not really that happy can’t view them on my phone at all.
Don’t recommend at alllll ! For some reason everyone was able to see connect with the camera system but I was unable to even if I have good connection , great service still mentioned ( connect failed ) trash app trash camera system.
Just updated the newest version on 3/6/2025, and now the app just keeps saying connect failed. I deleted app and re-installed it, did absolutely nothing. If your app works -DO NOT UPDATE APP!!! I regret doing it now!
My camera system is now useless. Nothing works since I can’t log in and nothing connects and it didn’t come with instructions. I have to buy an entire new system. Make sure you are aware before purchasing

Was having problems reconnecting the device after being put away for the better part of a year, all i had to do was reinstall the app and it worked just fine.
Never comes up when I open and have to log in and out 7 or10 time to get it to com up
The worst app
This app crashes a lot. And you’re only eliminated to 100 devices. I have messaged them and asked them. To increase that because I am an installer. And I need to save all my customers cameras for service and maintenance.. But it seems like they ignore all the messages. Would not recommend this app.

Way too many Glitches with this app. There may have been a security breach. Because, randomly it has stopped working and kicked me out of the system. Also, it’s not working properly on my phone, after multiple retries.
I have a cobra surveillance camera, the app goes off line every 24-36 hours, then I have to reboot. When I’m away on vacation or business I cannot reboot. I’ve spoken with techs at Harbor Freight and the conclusion after much troubleshooting, there is something wrong with the app. I have latest version. I am not sure how to speak with anyone. Hopefully this review gets in the right hands. This has been a problem for several years , but Harbor Freight has tried all the troubleshooting than can think of. I hope someone reached out to me. Thanks
App keeping crashing
This app and cameras are trash. Why spend almost 200 on some cameras and they don't have sound and half the time the app won't work. Save yourself the money and get something else.
keep getting knocked out my app. keep needing to log in. then eventually password no good. choppy videos. after soo many notifications i dont get anymore!!! i dont always get notifications when someone walks in front of camera!! doesnt have audio!!!!
Non stop freezes and just to get it to load something you have to close the app out twice for it to end start.

There is not a user manual online or ability to ask questions. The app has a help button that does not explain and leave you feeling more confused. The pictures on the help app do not look like the app itself when you are trying to navigate. Not user friendly in anyway. It is so difficult to navigate and I am just so unhappy with the app. I would give it a negative score if I could.
Updated app and now it won’t connect to the Tonton DVR
Does not have a MAC OS desk / lap version. Every difficult to use and program. No guide or manuals. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

When I first bought it hooked it up worked fairly well. Now that I’ve had it for a while. I can’t access it through the app anymore. I’ve done everything I possibly could and when I go to find support, it is nonexistent. I’m pretty sure this product has been discontinued and no longer offers assistance in troubleshooting connectivity.

Almost every time I go in to look at my cameras I am offline!! Sometimes restarting my phone works, but now it isn’t. The app is useless if I can’t view my cameras!

Horrible app and camera system. Not worth having. The ring systems are the best I’ve found and even those aren’t very good.
I got a new phone and the app does not allow me to reconnect my devices anymore. It is also pointless when you go to the help tab.
No instructions on what each subject does, how to use very difficult to navigate been trying for 2 weeks still can’t figure out Took it to a professional audio video guy he couldn’t figure it out he only had 20 minutes Left message by email still no response it’s been 10 days before I wrote this At this point my camera system is useless spent a lot of money Going back to my old amcrest system and app I am not a security expert nor am I phone tech savvy was sold simple and plug and play what a joke IF there were understandable how to use the app for a non technical person may be a good app. JUST FRUSTRATED
I’ve not successfully gotten this app to work matter of fact my system will not even work anymore soon as I downloaded the app my Wireless outdoor camera NVR system will not function anymore I have had no success 😞
The cobra camera system is a great entry level system with great quality but this app has given me nothing but frustration from the start. I have been able to hook to my cameras over data and over WiFi but for the past months the only way I can view my cameras is using the tv it is hooked to. the dvr is wired from my modem and I can see it as a connected device and it shows up on the rxcamview app but every time you put in your log in it always says connect fail I bought this system for my wife when we are away but it isn’t worth the headache anymore customer service is nonexistent and the help section offers nothing. Spend the extra money on a different system
